国际交流通知：

加拿大萨省大学爱德华商学院MBA访学团定于5月30日抵达北京理工大学MBA中心进行访学交流活动。

萨斯喀彻温大学(University of Saskatchewan)，简称萨省大学，成立于1907年，位于加拿大中部的萨斯卡通市，是该省规模最大的教育机构，也是加拿大顶尖研究型大学联盟U15成员之一。该校占地775公顷，在校学生约21,000名，学生平均入学成绩名列加拿大大学第6名。该校在加拿大最具权威的《麦克林杂志》排名中居加拿大大学综合排名第9位，在世界大学学术排名中位列全球前300名。

此次访学团的学生有45人，老师有3人。计划在下午13:30 开始由萨省大学Keith Willoughby教授（Associate Dean, Research & Academic）进行加拿大特色演讲，演讲后安排中加双方学生交流环节。地点为主楼，241房间

Keith Willoughby Biography

My teaching interests include production and operations management, business forecasting, operations research/management science, andstatistics. My published scholarship involves the development of quantitative models in a variety of practical, relevant decision making areas. Some of these themes include materials management and logistics, transportation analysis, sports and entertainment, and pedagogical innovation. My research in progress comprises topics such as lean systems in the electronics industry, the use of decision analysis in selecting cable television delivery options, and operations research models in health care (e.g. improving patient flow in emergency departments).
